Sometimes we often feel guilty after eating a potato or a piece of pie more than it should. Excess calorie intake to force our bodies to work extra to burn it in order not to sink and cause damage in the body system.

“Only foods that contain excess fats and carbohydrates that produce free radicals in the body that can attack the body’s cells that can cause cancer, heart attack, and diabetes,” said Ronald L. Prior, PhD researchers and nutritionists from the USDA, Arkansas Children? €?’s Nutrition Center.

“The more they eat, the more free radicals are also produced. Reducing calories 25 to 30% able to avoid some dangerous diseases,” she added.

Based on research that has been done, there are two ways to reduce the production of free radicals in the body, the first is to eat foods low in calories and consume more foods rich in nutrients. As food
following:

1. Wine
Red wine contains antioxidants called polyphenols which are good to deal with free radicals that result from foods high in fat. This is known based on the results of that study was published in the Journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology in January.

Based on these studies, people who eat meat cooked turkey with red wine had lower levels of malondialdehyde (MDA)-generated fat can affect the heart by 75%, when compared with those who ate the processed turkey meat without the use of red wine

2. Vinegar Drizzle
Adding a small spoonful of vinegar in food, or sprinkle a little on your salad can lower a little blood sugar (glucose) especially after dining in a large portion. Usually those with diabetes a little difficult to lower glucose levels that require a little help to menetralisirkannya.

“Acid in vinegar may inhibit the digestion of starch (carbohydrates), so that the starch is converted into a kind of fiber that can not be digested well,” said Carol Johnston, Ph.D., RD and also a professor of nutrition experts from Arizona
State University.

3. Expand Fruits
If you are eating a lot of major food, do not forget to eat fruit as a dessert. In the Journal of the American College of Nutrition in April, Prior and friends show that by eating lots of fruits that contain antioxidants such as wine, all kinds of berries, kiwis, cherries and also helps minimize the production of free radicals in the body after eating the main menu. these fruits serve as neutralizing the toxins carried by the food eaten before. So, do not ever forget to eat fruit after a meal.
