burgerFood such as burgers, pizza, or hot dogs, has now become part of our diet everyday. Especially when we have children, who are happy-happy eating fast food-style malls. Surely we will often follow their diet.

To be a need for a balanced diet with nutrition are met, we are often advised to make your own burger-style fast food restaurant by adding vegetables. However, this suggestion remains to be considered, and should not be used as a benchmark.

Vegetables such as lettuce or tomatoes tucked in between the burgers actually have not exactly become an imbalance (between carbohydrates, protein, and fat in a serving burgers there). Burger served in fast food restaurants, (the amount of vegetables) is not balanced. The need for us 30 grams of fiber a day, and it is equal to four to five cups of vegetables a day.
