carbonatedMany people who could not even leave the sodas a day. In cold conditions, this drink does have such a delicious fresh taste. But, be careful when you start drinking soda because the researchers say that the phosphate is added to these drinks give a sharp taste that can accelerate aging.

It is said that the minerals, which also added to processed meats, cakes, and breads, can make the skin and muscles dry out, and can damage the heart and kidneys. The study, published in the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology Journal (FASEB), this indicates that the balance of phosphorus affects the aging process.

Previously, researchers have examined the effects of high phosphate content in the three groups of rats. Groups who consume foods with high phosphate content can live 8-15 weeks. While the group who ate a lower phosphate could reach 20 weeks of age.

“People need a healthy diet, and maintaining the balance of phosphate in their food intake is important for a healthy life and longevity,” said Mohammed Razzaque, from the Department of Medicine, Infection and Immunity, Harvard School of Medicine. Therefore, avoid poison phosphate to enjoy a healthy life, he said.
