Caring for Dry Heel

Problems on the heel may occur due to dry skin, contaminated laundry detergent or soap, chemical influences, the influence of air-conditioning, age, use footwear that does not fit, or how to walk that increase pressure on the area around the heel.

1. Maintain cleanliness of leg and foot
