<p>The researchers found that women who ate fruits, vegetables, and lean meat for two days during the week, and the remaining five days are free to eat a variety of food preferences, was able to lose weight almost twice as much than women who keep a strict diet all the time.</p>
<p>To perform this experiment, the researchers placed 115 women volunteers to run one of three diets tested. In the first diet, these women are required to run a diet with only eating 650 calories a day for two days a week. This diet made circuitry to reduce the consumption of calories from carbohydrates such as pasta, bread, and potatoes, and all fatty foods. After the diet for two days, five days rest were freed to eat healthy foods that they like.</p>
<p>Women on both diets are also required to reduce the carbs for two days a week, but they were not given food limitation in a certain amount of calories. In five days of rest, they are also allowed to eat healthy foods that they like.</p>
