eyeAs an office worker, we are required to be able to interact directly with the computer in a long time. Even almost a daily basis. Like the shoulder and neck, the eyes also get tired easily. Doing exercises for eyes, as well as it feels like to stretch the hip after sitting in a chair all day. Try to do some of the following movements to overcome the eyes become strained or simply provide an appropriate way of prevention.

Warm-up exercise for the eyes
1. Sit on a chair, rub our hands to create heat in the palm of our hands.

Sports eye
