You can start with daily treatment, ranging from shower to regulate temperature using moisturizers. This simple method greatly affect appearance, texture and overall skin health. Here are some simple tips to guide you in getting healthy skin of your dreams.

Make sure the skin moisture is maintained. When bathing, use the shower with the temperature was not hot, or bathe in warm water with the door closed to keep humidity in the room. Make sure the bath is not more than 10 minutes and do not forget to wear a moisturizer before going outdoors.
