How to Overcome the Pain Foot

high heels shoesDay on foot or using a high-heeled shoes for long periods of time often makes sick and tired in the legs. There are a few tips to try to relieve pain in the foot.

Workers like clerk or servant must spend long hours standing and using high heels shoes make legs feel sore and stiff around the calf. But in fact this problem can happen to anyone and has become a common disease.

Sore feet make a person hard to activities and also interfere with his rest time at night. And on one side of the body needed a rest because it was too tired all day activity.

There is no harm in trying the following steps to get rid of the pain in the feet, as quoted from eHow, Thursday (19/11/2009), namely:

1. Change shoes that you normally use. Each type of shoes to give booster legs different, arches and form the right shoes can reduce pain in the feet if used in a long time.

2. Lift your feet up to relieve the existing pressure. With a high leg lift 3 to 4 inches can help eliminate fatigue and pain in the leg. You can do this in bed while you sleep.

3. Soak feet in warm water and add a little salt. Warm water mixed with salt can make your leg muscles become more relaxed. If you want to really make your feet can relax also added a few pieces of peppermint leaves.

4. Foot massage to relieve fatigue. Massage should be focused on the most painful part for the benefit of the massage itself was maximal. This massage can use essential oils or skin moisturizer.

5. Use socks made of cotton. Once you’ve made a few steps, use a soft socks for when you sleep and wake up feeling tired, it will be lost and the foot becomes more gentle and free of broken skin.
