Nail care is not necessarily done by undergoing a manicure and pedicure at the salon. You can do yourself a hand and foot nail care at home, using a number of natural ingredients that easy to find everyday.
Well, here are some simple nail care tips you can do yourself at home:
Oil bath
Heat 1 / 2 cup bath oil mixed into the 1 / 2 cup water, using a high temperature in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the solution into a bowl and soak your fingers or your toes in it for 10-15 minutes. This treatment is useful to soften the cuticle or calloused skin. After that, dry the fingers and use a pumice stone to smooth the skin calluses. Or, use cutton bud to push the cuticle to form neat. Continue to rub hand cream until completely absorbed.
Castor oil
Castor oil or castor oil contains vitamin E is high, so good for your nails brittle and dry, flaky kulikula. Apply a few drops of castor oil into the cuticles and nails, and massage gently using your fingers.

Mayonnaise
