One Hour Day To Thin

olahragaOne hour per day for mild exercise helps women maintain lean their weight, but obese women have reduced their eating and exercise to reduce weight, according to one study.

From as many as 34,000 middle-aged women, women who had excess weight and exercise about one hour per day is the people who maintain weight during the 13-year study conducted by researchers from Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women `s Hospital in Boston.

The average level of their activity during the study was 21.5 MET-per-hour per week – an average of 60 minutes per day with moderate intensity activity. One MET, or metabolic equivalent, is the energy expenditure and caloric needs at rest. Mild exercise like walking with a quiet step increase energy expenditure to be about 2.5 MET per hour while the active activities like running can produce six to more than 12 MET per hour.

Two-MET-one hour per week equal to as much as one hour per day.

Women who lack exercise considerable weight gain compared with women who exercise one hour per day, according to the study.

At the beginning of the study and regular breaks throughout the study, women reported their physical activity and weight of their bodies to the researchers.

They are classified into several distinct groups: less than 7.5 MET hours per week, or about sports guides from the U.S. federal health department, which is about 20 minutes per day; between 75 and 21.5 MET per week, or more than 21, 5 per week.

Although women with normal body weight to maintain weight with just exercise – even if it means only a few hours per week by using step machine or jogging path – a woman with a heavier body weight increases even if the only exercise alone, said the researchers.

In connection with these findings, the researchers warned that the current federal guidelines for exercise 20 minutes per day “would not be enough without calorie restriction” in preventing weight gain in women who are overweight and obese, even if it will help reduce the risk of developing chronic disease .

The study of body weight given attention to the dramatic events overweight and obesity in the United States, where one in three adults fat.

Although Americans have long struggled to reduce their body weight, most research until now has focused on how mengangani overweight and obesity, rather than on how to prevent additional weight, say the authors of the study reported by AFP.
