Rule 8 Glasses Water Day, Really Just Water?

waterWe’ve often heard that if you want to be healthy, then we must apply the diet with balanced nutrition. In addition, we should drink plenty of water every day. The recommended size is 2 liters or 8 glasses of water a day. However, is it true 2 liters or 8 glasses of water meant everything was white?
Everyone knows that we should drink about two liters of fluid every day.

But beyond what is suggested is, in fact is a liquid or water to drink also includes soup, tea, coffee and even beer, whatever! These other forms of liquid that will make you urinate more than you consume.
