Why do Feet Smell Can Appear

All day on the move using a shoe, like it or not would be sweaty feet. Sweat mixed with the bacteria in shoes that cause this smell.

More than 250,000 sweat glands in your legs there. So will a lot of sweat that was issued when using the shoes. Bacteria are at the foot of course will be mixed with the sweat and will make a smelly feet. Bacteria can come from anywhere, whether shoes or socks that you use.

To prevent odor, reduce bacteria that exist in your footwear by washing them regularly. Try to avoid using the same shoes for two consecutive days.

Another way to eliminate the odor on the feet is by reducing production of perspiration in the feet. To that choose shoes that have air holes for ventilation. Then use cotton socks that absorb perspiration.

However, if this method is not effective, consult with your doctor. You will be given a drug that could control the production of sweat and bacteria killer.
